We require a $700 deposit (per week rented) to confirm a villa. A seven (7) night minimum stay is required.
For your convenience we acccept VISA and MASTERCARD. Rates are subject to a 7% BVI Government Tax.
A second payment of $300 (per week rented) is due three months is due prior to arrival and final payment is due on arrival.
Deposits are non-refundable, so we strongly suggest you take out vacation insurance. "Access America" can be contacted at
